Relais & Chateaux has some of the finest Hotels and Restaurants in the world as members. Please contact us for more information. Our website will be re done early 2009 to incorporate more information about the Restaurant and Relais & Chateaux. The 2009 Restaurant & Catering Awards for Excellence have awarded us 'Best Fine Dining in Victoria and Restaurant of the Year'. We are honoured by the award. We have also been awarded once again 'Three Hats' with The Age 'Good Food Guide'. When you dine at Jacques Reymond Restaurant your first experience is our house baked bread and our house churned butter. What better way to start a meal. Come in and try our new seven course dégustation menu with or without matching wines, a couple of the dishes on the new menu are a Salad Gourmande with duck and foie gras, a mint and oregano ice cream with peppermint marshmallow. Jacques Reymond Restaurant will be open Monday 8th December and Monday15th December for dinner. We are also open for lunch on Tuesday 23rd December and Wednesday 24th December. We are closed from Thursday 25th December and re open for dinner on Friday 9th January 2009. .
