Turtle island, fiji
Jacques recently returned from Turtle Island in Fiji, the luxury 5 star resort where he has been the consultant chef for over 15 years. Each visit Jacques makes to the island is spent working with the fijian chefs on the daily kitchen operations with a focus on creating dishes unique to the island lifestyle.
