Announcing the succession of his restaurant, Jacques Reymond is stepping back to
pursue other opportunities and projects and will be handing over to current sous-chefs,
Thomas Woods and Hayden McFarland.

The succession of the restaurant remains familial with Woods and McFarland whom he
has always regarded as sons.
Whilst Jacques is leaving the restaurant he is certainly not leaving the industry that he loves.
